E3 is a trade-only show and is not open to the general public; therefore, we must ensure all attendees are industry affiliates before issuing a badge holder. A government issued form of identification (driver's license or passport) is required to pick up your badge holder.

Attendee and exhibitor safety at E3 is of extreme importance to us. E3 Show Management has enhanced security measure in place, and encourages attendees and exhibitors to allow themselves enough time to arrive at meetings and events.
Some of the measures in place this year include:
- All E3 attendees are required to show a government-issued photo I.D.
- All bags will be subject to search upon entry to the LACC. This includes personal items such as purses, laptop cases and luggage.
- As a precautionary measure, bomb dogs will be on-site.
- Increased presence of both LA Police and LACC officers.
- Surveillance cameras on-site at all key areas
- Private vehicles will only be allowed onto LACC premises to drop off passengers. No vehicle standing will be permitted.
How can I request assistance if I would like a sign language interpreter?
Attendees requiring sign language interpreters are required to notify show management by April 18, 2005, in order to ensure the availability of this service. Attendees may call 703-488-2700 to identify their special needs.
Is shuttle bus service available?
Complimentary shuttle service is provided for individuals who make their hotel reservations through CMR - the official E3 Housing Service. Look for information signs in the hotel lobbies for exact shuttle departure times and boarding locations.

You can request a visa letter of invitation during the registration process. Once your registration is complete and you have received your confirmation, the visa invitation letter will be automatically generated and ready for you to print out from your own computer.
